Anthropologie always has some of the most amazing visual artists working on their displays. Leslie Oschmann, was one of those talented individuals–she worked as Anthropologie’s Visual Director for 8 years before leaving to pursue other artistic endeavors in Europe.  She now lives and works in Amsterdamn and owns Swarm Home. She reclaims objects at thrift, and flea markets and restores them making them into works of art.  I recently saw her work in person at the Anthropologie at Rockefeller Center at the Swam exhibit (see photos above).  Her work is amazing! What I wouldn’t do for one of those chairs! See more of Leslie’s work here.

P.S. Word has it in blogville is that select Anthropologie stores will be holding craft workshops! How exciting is that!?
