Upon setting my sights on Rebecca Minkoff’s Elisha bag, I was instantly smitten! I am frequently running around the city with my entire life stored away in my hand bag, so size matters. Size isn’t the only factor of course, it must have a personality too…oh dear, I’m getting sidetracked again aren’t I?? The bag must also be versatile, well made, and of course fabulous!
Last fall I was seen about town with Anna Corinna’s large city tote. I loved that bag, because of the buttery soft distressed leather, the convertibility (you could fold the bag down & attached the long shoulder strap), and the plentiful pockets on the interior as well as the exterior. Rebecca Minkoff’s bag has the same features, with a more traditional shape allowing it a more polished look, so I wouldn’t feel foolish carrying it to work or to important meetings. I love the glazed espresso leather version of the bag. Every detail of this bag is refined and polished. The hardware, the straps, the fine leather, right down tothe gorgeous black & white interior printed fabric!!
