One thing NYC has been missing all winter is snow, but Lacoste decided to put an end to that when they rolled out the white fleece carpet for their Fall 2008 RTW show at Bryant Park Saturday morning!!! The snowy runway and blue backdrop showcased their lovely collection of prep-school meets ski resort ensembles. The anoraks, knit mini skirts, extra long scarves, & mini snow boots were fun, young, & refreshing. The color palette consisted of mustard, cream, heather gray, black, a color that ( in this context) can best be characterized as ketchup, light blue, lavender, & purple. Skiing has never looked so appealing! This is definitely my favorite Lacoste showing to date!
