I really love the the images from the FAFI & Nippon Vogue (May 2008) collaboration captured by by René & Radka! I know several people in the blogosphere have been wagging their fingers and expressing their disgust with the “use” of the little girls in this shoot. Personally, I don’t find anything offensive or sexual about the shoot. Sure, the typical “Fifinette” depicted in Fafi’s artwork has a certain pin-up quality, but these girls simply look like real life dolls to me. Real life Blythes dressed as Fifinettes if you will. Quite frankly, this might be my favorite Vogue shoot ever:
