Preen F/W 2008:

I didn’t love the jumpsuits that were shown at Preen, but I loved virtually everything else. The sequined dresses and cocoon styled coats are definitely welcome in my closet.  The palette of blue, grey, ivory and bright blue was also pleasing.

Jill Stuart F/W 2008:

Jill Stuart was inspired by Joan of Arc for her F/W 2008 collection, it was strongly feminine with its dark and sexy looks for night. There were fantastic day options as well, namely grey ponchos that were really interesting!

Diesel F/W 2008:

Diesel presented a collection full of lighter hued denim and looks.  I really liked the collection but the urban cool jackets were the highlight.

(note: did the cropped tan turtle neck sweater remind anyone of that famous shredded sweater Britney Spears wore on TRL back in the day?)

Jenni Kayne F/W 2008:

Kayne’s had a vague 1940s influence with plenty of menswear looks, but they were counteracted with beautiful full length gowns in black and looks with a more feminine silhouette.  The looks were accessorized with oversized specs, too cool for school hat, and of course one pair of killer yellow shoes that caught my eye.

ADAM F/W 2008:

Adam fall looks

Adam Lippes (formally of Adam+Eve) presented a fantastic collection, that was full of fantastic, wearable dresses I would love to get my hands on.

Tory Burch F/W 2008:

Oh Tory Burch How I love you. There were gorgeous accessories as you would expect from her, but the polished, fun, and colorful looks were equally desirable!

Tory Burch Round Up:

I really want this yellow Tory Burch skirt:
