my zappos.com shoe order has not arrived. according to the tracking number given to me, my order was due to arrive yesterday, but as of today, the package is being returned to the sender due to package refusal. now, correct me if i’m wrong, wouldn’t the package have to ARRIVE for me to refuse it!!??? there must be some horrible mistake–i am simply not the type of girl that would turn away shoes!!! anyway, the search is on.

    Pinto, I did call them, and they were so incredibly nice. they issued a refund right away, which is so nice considering the package is still in transit back to them. i just can’t wait for them to try to reship them. My problem is not with zappos, but that UPS totally dropped the ball on this one…they clearly tried to mistakenly deliver my shoes to someone else & that person refused the delivery. oh well the issue has been resolved!
