This morning I attended the Chris Han show in the tents. This was Chris’s new york fashion week debut, and she did not disappoint. The models had long straight hair with natural makeup, rosy cheeks, and glossy lips. The fall collection was young, feminine, and beautiful. The palette consisted of a plum-rose, silver, ivory, metallics, and gray. Most of the dresses and skirts were form fitting, and were often accessorized with dressing gloves giving the ensembles a retro nighttime flair. The pants were slim fitting but were styled with flowing tops. I was fond of the belted gray sweaters, and many of the other wearable pieces seen throughout the collection. Overall, I thought it was a great showing, a buyer friendly collection, and I expect to see great things in the future from Ms. Han.
