My popsicle molds can’t quite keep up with tsunami of recipes I’ve been gathering via Pinterest, and while I typically go for fruity and refreshing frozen pop recipes, this fudgesicle recipe tempted me. Like most people, my Pinterest follow thru is seriously lacking, so I decided to go for something simpler…a revival of Jell-O’s pudding pop! The most labor intensive part of this process is the agony of waiting for them to freeze and be ready to devour! I recommend letting them freeze overnight and having them for breakfast! 🙂
Tovolo Groovy Ice Pop Molds, Set of 6, Yellow
- 1 small package of instant pudding (I used Chocolate Fudge)
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 cups of cold milk
- Combine ingredients & blend well. (if the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk.)
- Pour mixture into pop molds.
- Freeze for 3-6 hours before serving.
