more from ny fall 2006 fashion week

sass & bide:

did they not get the memo? this is fall 2006…the laser cutouts i loved for spring 2006, but i don’t see it carrying over into fall. it was unexpected, i’ll give them that.

ruffian:

a gorgeous collection.

nicole miller:

this dress was fabulous, & the leather gloves were a nice touch throughout. i disliked the prints.

mary ping:

the collection was well tailored with the exception of this maroon dress in the center that some how manages to make this model look as though she is pregnant. other than that it was a little too 80s for me with the skinny pants.

myself:

kai kuhne made this dress work. as for the rest of the collection i wasn’t crazy about the proportions. some worked some just didn’t.

twinkle

they have artsy cool down pat. lots of leggings…i loved those small details

luella bartley:

as usual her inspiration came through. she did mix up her look a bit. my favorite has to be the dress in the middle. i also loved the bags!

lela rose:

naeem khan:

over all a very pretty collection. although, the gold dress looks as though it belongs in an egyptian tomb.

gen art:

a definite highlight for me.

We love your comment about sass and bide. It’s great to hear from an in touch critic (fashion appreciation as well though)….
