Steal of the Day: Bebe Tank Dress
While browsing the shops at Time Warner Center I fell in love with Bebe's adorable color-blocked tank dresses. I am torn between the dress with the studded belt, and the summer seersucker! I love them both! Luckily, both are currently on sale for $79:
