Mara Hoffman's Autumn/Winter 2008 Collection had worldly appeal! The "Journey Women" collection perfectly intertwined ethnic and jet setter aesthetics. The collection was choc full of interesting prints, but the knits were surely a hit with buyers as well. The looks were accessorized with leather gloves, aviator shades, boots and most notably hoodies/head pieces that were reminiscent of a hijab. A subtle political statement possibly? I think so.
