The folks over at Kate Spade have a great selection of summer reading suggestions that you should immediately add to your reading lists. They also have 3 different photo downloads for you so you can cover your own book covers with other book covers (you got all of that?).
The end result is beautiful & intriguing (as illustrated above on the right) and will more than likely prompt fellow beach goers to ask you what you're reading.

Reasons why covering your book covers with covers is a good idea:
1) It looks fabulous.
2) It will protect the outside cover of your book from finger smudges and other minor mishaps.
3) The cover will conceal embarrassing titles/cover art (this is usually a good idea if you are a fan of romance novels & self help books).

As you well know, Anya Hindmarch will be launching a limed edition version of the "I'm Not A Plastic Bag" tote in navy blue here in the U.S. on June 20th. Ron Herman previously held a online pre-order of 100 bags and demand overwhelmed their site. Apparently, the folks at Anya Hindmarch are choosing to avoid such web traffic and will be emailing select customers on June 20th offering them a chance to order the $15 bag online. I would advise you to sign up for the e-mail list if you haven't already.

The bag will be available from all US Anya Hindmarch stores, Ron Herman and Fred Segal Flair for just $15. Due to overwhelming demand purchases will be limited to two bags per customer.

From 18th July the bag will be available at selected Whole Foods Market stores.

I'm thrilled that the Designer's Guild now has a U.S. shop...a bedroom makeover just may be in the works for me. I adore Nikki McClure's work! Her calendars are eye candy, so compiling the images from her calendars & binding them in one book is the equivalent of an all-you-can-eat sundae bar!
