I have been obsessed with bangles all summer long, so it was fun to see this easy tutorial in NEET, especially since I am head over heels in love with that magazine. All you need to create your own gorgeous bracelet in a print/color of your choice is a bangle, scissors, a brush, printed origami paper, & mod podge glue.
