I have had so many requests to post about Chicago shops, given that it was once a place I called home, so I decided why not post about it today. It certainly feels like Chicago in NYC today with the bone chilling winds & polar bears prancing around. Nevermind the hypothermia delirium i am currently experiencing, and let me tell you about one of my favorite Chicago shops, Lille! Lille has a great selection of home decor, & gift items that are also available online. You will find it hard to pass on the decorative plates, vases, & bowls. The lacquered boxes are a must have in any home...they are practical & quite beautiful. I really like them to store keep sakes, and my art & craft supplies. I can keep these out in the open so my supplies are easily accessible but not annoy my obsessive compulsive boyfriend who HATES clutter, and unsightly collections of STUFF.
