What really happened to Little Red Riding Hood (warning...this story isn't for those who are weak at heart!):
"Once upon a time there was a dear little girl who was loved by every one who looked at her, but most of all by her grandmother, and there was nothing that she would not have given to the child. Once she gave her a little cap of red velvet, which suited her so well that she would never wear anything else. So she was always called Little Red Riding Hood."
One day her mother said to her, "Come, Little Red Riding Hood, here is apiece of cakecherry pie and a bottle of wine. Take them to your grandmother's house, where we will be celebrating thanksgiving day. Set out beforeit gets hotit snows, and when you are going, walk nicely and quietly and do not run off the path, or you may fall and break the bottle, and then we will have nothing for Thanksgiving dessert!... Sadly, Little Red Riding Hood grew hungry on her journey to grandmother's house. She couldn't resist the urge to try the cherry pie herself. Unfortunately, this attracted the hungry wolf and that was the last we ever saw or heard of Little Red Riding Hood. The End (I have modified Little Red Riding Hood by The Grimm Brothers in this passage so that you know what REALLY happened on this fateful Thanksgiving day. I'm sorry to say that Red was really a gluttonous little girl who never listened to her mother and she paid the price! )

Hmmm, what a delightful twist on the original Grimms.
She's beautiful in all her red, despite her gorging on pie and wine, I'm presuming she had some wine, anyway, love the artwork and the very creative take on "Thanksgiving'.
