Kristin Chenoweth will be returning to Broadway after a 2 year break to star in the Apple Tree, which is comprised of three musicals based on Mark Twain's The Diary of Adam and Eve, Frank R. Stockton's The Lady or the Tiger? and Jules Feiffer's Passionella. She will play the three lead characters: Eve, Princess Barbara, and Ella. Her last appearance on Broadway was as Glinda in Wicked in which she gave a critically acclaimed performance.
The even better news is that I'll have no problem getting the boyfriend to accompany me to this one as he has a bit of a schoolboy crush on Kristin Chenoweth.
Previews start November 28, 2006 & will open December 14, 2006 & will run through March 11, 2007
