Borat Rules

I don't think I've laughed so hard in my life. If you are in for some crass humor this is your film! After the movie this weekend, my boyfriend and I were discussing how we were surprised more people weren't up in arms about it. I was particularly interested in the people who were featured in the film. Apparently, I was correct in my assumption that the people who made a$$holes of themselves on camera are now kicking themselves! Naturally, some are even trying to get a piece of the pie...

I was also really surprised at how many young kids & elderly people were in the theater. In fact I was sitting next to an elderly lady who was laughing hysterically throughout the film---slapping her knee and all that! I know I shouldn't be surprised, but I couldn't help it. What was even more surprising was the elderly couple sitting in front of us who brought their 8 yr old grandson!! It really surprised me when they stayed for the entire movie as I was sure they would get up and leave midway through. That kind of reminded me when I got my grandpa to buy me the Snoop Dogg cd in 7th grade, and then I got in trouble for owning it about 4 months later by my parents. I guess that just means times haven't changed much...grandparents are suckers for thier grandkids! Anyway, the moral of the story is don't bring your kids to see this movie...it is worse than doggystyle. Pin It
