Claudine Hellmuth is a nationally known mixed media artist based in florida. Her work is beautiful. I came across one of her illustration friday entries that happened to be one of her commissioned collages she did for a family. Upon seeing it I thought about how wonderful it would be to give one of her collages as a gift! You simply choose your photos, email/mail them to her and she will create a collage similar to those depicted below!

You have the option of commissioning a "Poppet® Sketch" or a Poppet® Canvas. The sketch is created on watercolor paper and you will have a choice of two pre-formatted compositions-- 1 being a rolling hills background or a "boat depiction". The Canvas is created on archival stretched canvas and is a fully customized artwork.

The Prices are as Follows:

Poppet® Sketch $75
8x10" canvas - $195 2 payments of $97.50
9x12" canvas - $255 2 payments of $127.50
11x14" canvas - $315 2 payments of $157.50
16x20" canvas - $375 2 payments of $187.50
18x24" canvas - $435 2 payments of $217.50

How It Works:

email claudine to get started!

a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your commission. (Poppet® Sketches are $75 and payment in full is required to get started...)

next you will send, via snail mail or high res email JPG images, any photos that you would like included in the artwork.

she will make copies from your paper materials to use in the collage. (The original photos will not be used in the actual artwork. They will be returned safely to you when your finished artwork is shipped to you.)

if you have commissioned a Poppet® Canvas she will be in communication with you throughout the design process...emailing you a photo so you can see the progress and so you can have her make any necessary changes.

once the artwork is finished she will email you a digital photo of your commission for your approval.

once you have signed off on the final artwork, you will send the balance payment and then the artwork will be shipped to you along with your photos!

you will then have in your possession an original work to keep for yourself or to give as a fabulous gift!
