Tim's dad was wearing a bright blue & yellow hawaiian style shirt tonight, and Tim and I had been privately ridiculing it. Finally Tim, just couldn't hold it anymore and out of the blue said,
"Hey Dad, you know what that shirt says to me?"
"What son?"
"Witness Relocation Program."
"Hey..I got this shirt in St. Thomas."
"St. Thomas-- he's no Saint... he's an asshole for letting you leave with that shirt."
Tim's dad wasn't the only victim of his fashion policiing. Tim saw a picture of me circa 1989ish wearing a tie-dye outfit earilier today via my uncle's website. He called the ensemble "a reject from the 'Debbie Gibson collection'".
I have no pictures of the tie-dye "never should have fucking happened (tim again) " fashion faux paux...but google savvy peeps can probably pull it up. :) Pin It
