this week 3 ink sketches on paper. my boyfriend's niece (who is five) helped me out with number 1 so i was compelled to sketch a couple more. :)

nice drawings. i like the look on the childs face in the first picture. ha -i got a kick out of cookie monster in your last drawing. i dont think anyone else has thought of him. good job.

I like the first two best...that first kid looks pretty creeped out - nice perspective here as well. The second illustration is a little lighter I guess, but something about the wind blowing those curtains is creepy enough.

Nice job! That little monster in your first drawing is cute! (well, there are cute monsters in the world)... And...the second drawing?...she is a lot braver than I would have been! LOL!

i also like the first two the best. i have two versions of sketch number 2 but i chose to post this one because of the perspective and i liked the blowing curtains. the first sketch...well i think it could be really great i need to redo it on a larger scale. miss lauren thought it would be a good idea to point with a black colored pencil onto the drawing...namely on his face and a couple other spots. she also did this one day earlier with a easter bunny sketch i did. (sigh!) cookie monster was an after thought, was a bit rushed, and i'll admit i had drank a few glasses of vino :) but i was thinking of my nephew who always wears elmo slippers and digressed to cookie monster. he is easy to draw so i don't blame anyone for not liking that one...
