goth gone glam?

it seems that everywhere i look i am seeing skull embellishments and designs in sequins, beads, pink, and places i would least expect it. it has been skull crazy in fun, girly ways with some pieces of course stay true to their rock/punk/goth roots. a lot of these pieces i have included in this blog i find appealing because i believe they would both add fun, and even would add a bit of edge to my already girly wardrobe. sometimes unexpected is nice.

i have to give credit to two peeps for inspiration for this blog one being my friend sara (the former fashion model) who in middle school & throughout high school we lovingly referred to her as "skull" ...she even had a skull logo on notes we passed back and forth. my alias was even less girly! honestly, i don't know what possessed us, but like most nicknames it took hold. 2nd my lovey sophie who has been rocking the pink skull collar long before this trend took hold... she insists that everyone in the fashion industry is just following her lead!:) but we all know she is a bit of a diva...
