weather report!
It snowed in new york this weekend for the first time and that means that my baby sophie (my beagle) was about to experience her first snow! My boyfriend and I woke up, dressed in our winter gear grabbed the football (yea he is married to his football, he takes it to bed every night!) and we took her out and threw the football around with her (we were out on the island). Like a good paparazzo I captured the moment! She was so cute! She loves to play fetch (well she likes to chase down everything you throw) so when we made snowballs and threw them she would chase down every single one, but once she bit into it it would explode and she would proceed to eat it. She loves digging in the snow and enjoys to carry around the ice blocks around in her mouth... the only problem is that she has attempted to carry the snow chunks into the house and when she lays by the heater (her new favorite spot) it, naturally, melts into the rug.

thank you so much! she makes me laugh daily, and she really is a loving dog. my boyfriend considers sophie to be a "bad free agent" & was talking about "trading" her to another "team" this weekend(what can i say he is a sports fiend & he is a joker)... he is so funny when it comes to sophie, but as you can see from these photos we have a lot of fun with "the soph"
