i hope everyone had a merry christmas happy holiday... or better yet, a merry chrismukkah.
mychristmas holiday was a lot of fun. i took some great photos of my nephew baby j. i hope to get them posted on my homepage this evening. i think my boyfriend was impressed with my photography skills. i should take a class or something because i love it sooo much much much.
sophie was staying @ our neighbors while i was back in the IA and my boyfriend was in boston. she came back just as tired as we were(i crashed at 8pm last night)...apparently it was a non-stop play date that involved constant love, attention, and lots and lots of fetch & tug of war...she looks skinnier too me for some reason but it might be because i was with my julie aka "bearo", chloe, and haylee aka "mini puppy" who are bigger than sophie mini puppy weighs less but it is because she has a "minor" eating disorder like ashlee simpson confesses she had back in the day in January 2006's Cosmo (I read it on the plane). anyway, sophie just cuddled up to me and we napped together and i just thought how lucky i was to have a snuggly pup...now let's see how long that lasts because i have a feeling she will be back to her devilish self tonight!

- seeing my friend from hs, ally, and her little boy, dylan who is by the way, the cutest thing ever...he is a ham...example: he took baby jesus from the nativity scene and replaced him with his own toys...don't be alarmed an amber alert has been issued for baby jesus.
- receiving the most beautiful pearl necklace from my boyfriend!!! i love it!--and YES it is a "whole strand"! WTF! one of my friend's asked me that very question, at first i was just confused, when i told my boyfriend he was OFFENDED, because he IS NOT AT ALL a "build-a-pearl" type of guy... they are mikimoto pearls thank you very much.
- receiving the coolest handknit scarf from my aunt that i want to wear every day
- receiving an ipod alarm clock, red speakers for my laptop, a silent eyelet setter from my madre, a new printer, and a handmade quilt from my grandma that is actually for my birthday (jan 10th!)
- giving my mom the drawing i slaved away on for hours to finish. i can't wait to see it framed!!!
- giving my dad the weather clock that was a big hit...he honestly should have been a meteorologist
- receiving madden '06 from my brother!! & tony hawk from my mom & chris i love it!!! i saw an old lady on the train playing gameboy and my boyfriend and i made fun of her...honestly if i had a handheld game system that would be me... i'm such a technology/video game dork it is embarrassing.
